Baseball and Softball

Faith and Carson played Softball and T-ball this fall. Faith was on the same team as last season, but they moved up to 12U. Overall they did pretty well. Carson liked playing T-ball and being on the Rangers. He had a couple friends on his team from school and he really liked that.

The last game of the season Carson played catcher. It was the funniest thing ever. He started out sitting on his knees and never moved to stop the ball, just stuck his glove out. Before the game was over he was sitting Indian Style behind the plate. I was laughing so hard.

Amber, Hayden, and Parker came for a weekend visit. We had a busy weekend planned with 2 T-ball games, craft show, Dateline and Carson’s Birthday party on Sunday. The boys had a great time playing all day and then going their separate ways at night. haha And Parker and Jeff had a grand ole time playing together. (maybe next time me and her can bond).

Thank goodness school is about to start, softball and t-ball have started, football will be playing this year, and cooler weather is hopefully in our future. I really love this time of year. I’m ready to start decorating with some pumpkins.

Last week I took Faith to the middle school so she could get her schedule and locker. I CAN NOT believe she will be in the 6th grade. (God help me), and Carson will be starting private Kindergarten at his pre-school.

Colorado Trip

Every summer we plan a family vacation. We usually stay in Texas and find different places to go for a couple days, but this year we decided to go to Colorado for a week. We were offered a cabin to stay in for free, so why not. All we had to pay for was gas and food. We were ready to get away since the weather in Texas is 100+ and in Colorado it is a lot cooler. (Actually there were times I kept saying burrrrr I'm cold. haha) Faith took her friend Ashley with her, and I took my friend Geri with me and made it a road trip. Watch out Colorado her we come!!

On our way to Colorado and we made a stop in New Mexico to take a quick picture and eat lunch. (my husband was thrilled about the picture)

My parents let us take their Expedition. Thank goodness, because we had it loaded down. (Griswolds)

Here is the place we stayed at. They had a BIG beautiful log house with a BIG apartment behind it. It was so pretty there. It was kind of breath taking. (don’t laugh)

There were “Chick” munks everywhere. (as Carson would say) They would come up to you and let you feed them. Carson wanted to take one back home with us. We told him if he could catch one then he could take one home. haha That did not happen. they are too fast.

We did a lot of sight seeing, walking and climbing mountains.

We had to get the crazy kids some crazy hats.

I can’t believe we found snow still on the ground.

It was really cold on the top of this mountain.

We took a horse ride for an hour. (If I would have known before hand it was going to be up a mountain, you can bet I wouldn’t have done it) The kids did great.

This is me scared to death on my “wild ass horse” The lady told me if my horse was human he would be a communist. GREAT LADY give that one to me.

We went to the sand dunes and slid down them. It was HOT and a lot of work.

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation and really enjoyed Colorado.

Vegas Baby

Our Friend trip this year was at good ole faithful, VEGAS. Yes we did come home broke, but it did not stop us from having a blast. This year there were 8 of us that went. We stayed at the Aria, and it was pretty awesome.

The first night we were there went and saw Terry Fator. It was a really great show. I enjoyed it. He is very talented.

We had a girls day shopping and eating while the boys gambled, lost money and had LOTS of drinks!

Friday was Jeff’s 36th Birthday and we went to eat at Maggiano’s. I love the those beef medallions. Afterwards we went downtown for a few hours.

We all met up in Ft. Worth for Jodi’s 30th Birthday party. We went to 8.0’s and then some ghetto bar afterwards. haha We had a blast ,at 8.0’s. A few of my friends that I haven't seen a while were able to make it, and some that I see often. So it was a great time! I'm ready for the next party.

Denton has an Air Show every year, and Jeff likes to take the kids. I have never been, so this year I decided to go, even though it was H-O-T. We could only handle it for a couple hours before we started frying.

Swim Lessons

We signed up for swim lessons again this year. This time we decided to go to TWU, and we had a better experience and Carson enjoyed going. Carson was really scared and timid at the beginning of swim lessons, but after 2 weeks he was doing so much better.

Best part was getting the popsicle.

Good job Carson! I'm sure we will be doing them again next year.

My silly Boy

I was looking through my phone and found a bunch of pictures that I have taken of my son that are FUNNY! I'm sure I have said this before but Carson does and says the funniest things. So I thought I would do a little post of some of the things he says and pictures I have taken of him.

As you can see he is a ham and keeps us on our toes. I'm not sure where he comes up with these outfits. I'm really sad that my baby boy will be 5 next month. Where did time go. I still call him my baby boy and he says, “ I’m not a baby.” Yes I know that, but he will always be my baby boy.

I had a great Mother’s Day! Unfortunately, I was not able to go home and see my mom on Mothers day, but made it up there the following weekend. When I picked Carson up from school on Tuesday he had a present for me, and was begging for me to open it, and not wait till Sunday. So as soon as we walked through the door, I had to stop everything and open his present. He was so Excited!

Carson loves to pick me flowers from outside. I love getting them and keeping them as long as they last.(not long usually)

And this is what was inside! Foot soak crystals that they made in class, and a jar of notes of why his mom is special. awwwwww We took each note out and read them all. It was so sweet and I just love my gift.

On Sunday, I got to sleep in and then was showered with gifts from the kids. Faith was dying to give me my card. It was about 2 feet tall and she had it picked out and bought it on her own.

Then they gave me my gifts. Some pretty tulips, WIK candles for my burner, dark chocolate, and a gift card to the coffee shop that I love to go to.

I had a great relaxing Mother’s Day and even treated myself to a pedicure.

The 5th graders had a swim party at Oakmont Country Club, and I signed up to chaperone. I was really nervous about it. I wasn’t sure what I could wear and what was appropriate, not that I was going to show up in my bikini but I knew it was going to be HOT. I wore a tank top and shorts and I was fine. I really didn’t do much but sit on a chair, talk to some parents, took some pictures and fried my white skin. But I think the kids had a great time.

Man I remember when I was in the 5th grade. I hope Faith keeps her friends all through school and continues to be friends after graduation.

My little man will be going to private Kindergarten in the Fall at AAO. He misses public Kindergarten by 26 days this fall, which I'm kind of glad! His daycare will have a private kindergarten starting this year and they asked if we wanted to put Carson in it. Of course I do! It is the same price as my weekly tuition for childcare, so why not give him an extra year of Kindergarten. As of right now there is only 7 kids in the class and max will be 15. I think it will be great for him and prepare him ready for next year. So my sweet baby boy (awww I know) walked across the stage and graduated from pre-school. (I guess) ha

Well it’s finished! Actually it has been done for a month now, but haven't gotten around to blogging.

Remember this?

Well I bought it on sale and got it home and repaired it. It had a few places on it that needed to be fixed before I could start painting.

I had a hard time deciding on Red or Turquoise. Both would look great because the wall it is going on is STILL white and big. (hopefully that will be another project to get done in the future) I went with RED. I didn’t prime this dresser. I just sanded it a little, took the handles off, filled the knob holes and repaired a couple drawers. I used our new spray gun and some red paint from Home Depot(not sure the color).

I decided to do glaze on this piece too. I love the way the glaze looks when finished and it covers up some of the imperfections on my hubbys paint job. (I found a few drips) But not going to complain because he was helping me out.

I really wanted to use the original knobs on the bottom 3 drawers but one of them was broken. So it wouldn’t work out the way I wanted it to. We ended up drilling out the holes that I patched up. I wanted to put 2 on each side instead of one. I found some clear knobs at hobby lobby that had been antiqued, and they were half off and had 16 in stock. So that’s what I went with.

Dresser done! I will be posting on the wall behind it that I finished this past weekend. I LOVE IT!!

The End of the School year makes everyone busy with parties, graduations, and any other activities you have before school lets out. My cousin Britany and her husband Brian both graduated from college. So we headed to the big town of WF for a weekend of Fun. That Friday night we went to eat with my parents at Bill’s catfish in Waurika, Ok. It was just OK, I think it used to be a lot better when we used to go in college. (or maybe that’s because we had already been drinking on the way down) FISHTRIP!! Who’s in?

Grammy and Pops bought Carson foam swords, and he had fun playing with them. So much fun they both were broken before bedtime. We got up early and took Carson over to Hayden’s house. We figured he would have more fun playing with his friend than sitting at a graduation for a few hours. I think they had a great time.

Thanks Amber for keeping Carson. He had fun and I'm glad I got to see you.

After graduation we went for a little family gathering and good Bar B Q . It was yummy and really good to see everyone and hang out. Congrats! Brit and Brian again. ha

Carson and Brady haven’t seen each other in a while, so Carson was excited to see him and play too.

Since I have been really bad at blogging (again) I ‘m just going to do a re-cap of April and May.

For the last few years, Faith’s art work has been featured at the Art Center in Denton. She is an artsy fartsy little girl, she might have gotten that from me.

Faith was a busy little girl in April. She also had a Spring Orchestra concert at Guyer HS. Faith has loved being in the orchestra, but has decided she wants to be in the 6th grade band. We found out yesterday she will be playing the Saxophone. (this is going to be fun)

For Easter we went up to the school and waited for the Easter bunny to drop Easter eggs from his helicopter. It was really neat. Carson had a great time hunting eggs, getting picture made with the bunny (first time ever) and playing in the bounce houses. Faith not so much. She is officially too old for this. But was a good sport.

That Saturday night our church had a night service and we decided to go, so we could sleep in and wake up and find Easter eggs and not be in a rush! (I actually wish they had Saturday night service every week I really liked it.) We took a few pictures before we went since we were dressed up. (or should I say looked descent)

Faith turned the BIG 11 this year. For her Birthday she wanted a slumber party.(Agghhhh) But I decided to go with it and we invited 10 lovely little girls to the party. Thankfully my parents and my friend Geri were planning on staying the night too. (I needed all the help I could get) We had Pizza, Ice Cream bar, opened presents, girls ran wild in the hood, played Wii and watched movies. There were a few fights (girls are so dramatic), and we had to go upstairs and regulate a couple times, but other than that it was good and the girls had fun. (probably won't do it again) ha

Faith got a lot of gift cards and money, which is perfect for her age. Because she loves to shop now!

Another Makeover

I am addicted now! I cant stop looking for old or ugly furniture to makeover. (maybe this will be a new career for me) shhh don't tell my hubby until I figure out all the details. I have decided that each room in my house needs a little TLC. I made a list of what I would like to do in each room, and decided to start with the entry way. It's pretty boring and needs a little work. I am going to paint the walls possibly a dark grey( I'm into Grey right now). Hopefully talk my hubby into putting up some bead board, and fix up this old dresser I found at a shop last weekend, and hang some stuff on the wall. Here is what the area looks like now!

This is what my entry way looks like right now!! Dont make fun of the frame. My idea was to make something for every Holiday or season to go in the middle of the huge frame. I think it's a cute idea but it looks lonely.

Soccer

Spring Sports have begun. I asked Carson a while back if he wanted to play soccer or baseball and he said FOOTBALL. I informed him that football was not an option yet. So he picked Soccer. I was hoping for the other, but oh well we signed up for soccer. I know nothing about soccer, so this is new for all of us. He is on the Broncos with his best buddy Haden from school. It is hysterical to watch these kids. Carson is so nonchalant in this sport. He just jogs where ever the ball is, just like he is playing follow the leader. But it's cute and fun to watch, and we get a lot of laughs out of it. Faith started softball practice last week, so now we will be busy busy with both kiddos playing ball.

It's really hard for me to believe that Faith will be in middle school next year. (FYI it's not called Jr. High anymore) I said that the other day and she looked at me like I was crazy. It's middle school. I went to her Valenties party at school. They had coke floats, did a craft project(like they always do) and passed out cards.

We all met at the hotel and then went to Champs sports bar for dinner first and then headed to Petes. I always have a great time when Im with these peeps. I am ready to make plans to go again.

The snow and ice came again this week. I only worked 2 days and my kids only went to school one day. I have NEVER experienced this. NO school and work! Not really how I want to spend my vacation time but hey I'm not driving on this stuff. Just in case you don't know I DON'T and WILL NOT drive when the weather is like this. My hubby took me the 2nd day I worked and a co-worker brought me home. So we have enjoyed our vacation together hanging out at home. Faith has been running around the hood with friends playing, and Carson has been doing crafts, watching movies, and playing games. I have also had the chance to finish my next piece of furniture. and I LOVE IT just as much as my last one. I told my hubby today, What can we do next! So I will be looking.

Now on to my project. I started with this nice yellow (bright Yellow) dresser that my parents had at their house. I like to call it OLD YELLER. It had 3 different types of knobs on it and probably 15 coats if yellow paint. We sanded and sanded but still couldn't get the yellow paint off.

What a beauty!!

After we were done sanding and taking off the knobs we painted the entire dresser FLAT BLACK. (I decided to spray paint this project, the last one I brushed) So we painted and let dry!

Yes that is a frame that I am working on too!!

We then lightly sanded all of it and then started painting it gray!

I forgot to take a picture of it all painted grey before i started glazing. So lets skip to that. I painted it all gray and then sanded the edges lightly and brushed and wiped all the dust off. Then I took my glaze black paint and brushed over each drawer one at a time. I let it set for a couple minutes and then wipe off with an old rag over and over until you get the look you are going for.

Here is the glaze (and the chip bag) haha It's hard not to eat eat eat while stuck in the house. Anyways!

Here are my drawers! You could still see some of the yellow after I glazed them, so I had to get crafty and mix grey and black acrylic paint and touch up the yellow. But this is the outcome after that. I LOVE them. Then we moved the dresser inside wiped it down and then glazed it!

I had to put my drawers in immediately so I could see it all done.

Here you go! All it needs now are the knobs. So when I CAN get out of my driveway I will be going to get those. So I guess being stuck in the house for a few days wasn't too bad. I got to finish my project. YAY

My next project

A few months back I redid a dresser that I bought off Craigslist for my living room. I LOVE IT! (Just in case you dont remember)

So I decided to do another one. I have been wanting a dresser thingy for my bedroom. (My kids take up 3 of my drawers and I want my space back) I have free space in front of my window in my room, so I think that will be the perfect spot. When I was at my parents house Christmas I remembered my mom had a an OLD YELLOW dresser in the spare room. She didnt really use it for anything but JUNK. So I mentioned if she ever wanted to get rid of it, I wanted it. A few weeks passed and guess what was delivered to me. Yup old yeller. I have started sanding it, but its going to be a lot of work. I think there is atleast 6 coats of bright yellow paint on it. I have a vision in my head what I want it to look like, so lets hope we (I say WE b/c my dear hubby helps) can do it! Here is a picture of Old Yeller before. Stay tuned for the after pics later.

Hayden's 4th Birthday party

Last weekend we got up early Saturday and drove to Wichita Falls for Hayden's swim party. What a great idea for a winter Birthday, indoor swimming. Now Carson is not real excited about water, but he had a great time. (he might have gotten that from me) We will work on that this summer. Anyways, we had a good time and I was glad to see my good friend Amber. After the party we meet my parents and cousin at Samurai. Our favorite spot to eat when we go home. It wasnt in the plans to go eat there but the kids really wanted to so I didn't was to let them down. (wink wink)
We decided to head back home after dinner. We have alot of projects going on around here, so we figured we should get back. I am working on cleaning out my scrapbook room, cleaning up the garage, and I have another dresser that is OLD that we are re-doing for my bedroom! I hope it turns out as good as my other one.

BURRRRR it's cold outside!

It started Snowing on Sunday, and did for a few hours. As soon as Carson saw the snow he said" YAY it's Christmas." I laughed and said "NO it's not Christmas." He thinks just because we got a lot of snow last year at Chrismas time, that when it snows now it's automatically Christmas. The kids of course loved playing in it and making a snowman. We were hoping for NO school on Monday, but that didn't happen. The roads were not bad. It has been really neat seeing the snow still on the ground and on the houses all week. Kinda like we live up North. (thank goodness we dont) I could not do snow very often. Once a year is good for me!

Carson woke up from his nap and decided he wanted to go out again. This is how he went, only long enough for me to take a picture.

The kids made a fort, big snowman and baby snowman. See you next year Frosty.

The week of Christmas

The week before Christmas the kids like to put Ginger Bread houses together and make chocolate covered pretzels. I usually buy the Big Ginger bread house, but this year I thought the city was so cute and we would try that. (big mistake) It was a lot harder to do, so next year we will stick to the Big house.

This doesnt have alot to do with this post, but just thought it was cute. He is a funny boy.

We decided this year to start a new tradition at our house. The week of Christmas the kids get to open one present a night, and then the rest before we leave to go out of town. We have never had Christmas at our house because we are always traveling everywhere, and wanted to enjoy just us 4 opening presents. (and I dont have to haul them all over Texas) The kids love it too!

Carson was so excited he got some NEW boots. After he was done opening his present and ran up stairs and decided he was going to dress up as a COWBOY. He put on his flood pants and his shirt that is a little too short. ha But he still looked cute.

Faith went shopping with her friend Ashely over Christmas break and bought me and Jeff presents. I really love my robe, and got some sweat pants from Old Navy. Thanks Faith

Faith decided she had out grown her DS and wrapped it and all the games up and gave them to her brother. He was excited to have his own DS.

New Years Eve 2011

Happy New Year! I am only 10 days late. woohooo Anyways, we don't do anything big for New Years Eve, just hang out, have some drinks and watch the ball drop. This year we invited our neighbors over and Geri came to town. We ate some yummy food (I cant quit thinking about that Buffalo dip now, well I better since Im on a diet). I had bought Apple to Apples and we tried that game out. It was pretty fun. (I think) haha Yeah it was. The kids ran around our house like wild animals. (i think there were 7-8 kids, good thing I was drinking or I would have been going crazy) They had a alot of fun playing Just dance on the Wii. Every year we bring in the new year by banging pots and pans on the back porch. Im sure for the ones that dont make it to mid-night, they love hearing that. Let's just say Sunday we relaxed and picked up the house. Happy New Year to all. Hope you have a great one.

Christmas 2010

Every Christmas we start our road trip to Wichita Falls. We always have a few stops to make when we get into town. I think we made 6 stops on Christmas Eve. (talk about exhausted, but worth it) Our last stop on Christmas Eve is at my grandparents house. We all try to make sure we dont miss that night. We have yummy food, good drinks and lots of laughs together as a family. Afterwards, we head back to my parents house to hang out for a bit before we put out the milk and cookies for Santa. This year my kids slept in on Christmas morning. I think it was 8 or so before they woke up. Us adults were already in the living room sipping on coffee, waiting on them to get up. When the kids finally got up they were so Excited to see what Santa had brought them. Carson got a bike and a new helmet. (Santa should have checked the size of that helmet a little better because it was too small) But thats ok, we just mailed it back to him and got a different one. Santa left Faith 2 Wii games and Wii draw.
We opened up presents and had breakfast and then got ready to spend the rest of the day with our family and traveling to Jeff's parents. We got to Jeff's parents house that night and had Christmas with his family. Of course we ate again and opened presents. Faith was so excited when she opened up hew New cell phone. She has been wanting one so bad, and we keep telling her she is too young for one. But guess what. We gave in and got her a phone.

STILL CATCHING UP FROM DECEMBER!

We have a work Christmas party every year. We usually go somewhere to have dinner and then maybe just maybe go out for a few drinks afterwards. This year for dinner we went to Vinnies Italian Restraunt in Lewisville.(thanks to my neighbor for taking me there once before) It was YUMMY. It is BYOB and the food is good and cheap. So you can't beat that.

Im catching up for the whole Month of December, hopefully I will be done before February.

Faith is in the 5th grade orchestra, and they had their first concert. It was a Christmas concert and they played 2 songs. (hey it is a start) She really loves being in the orchestra, but has informed me next year when she is in middle school she wants to be in the band. (ohhh boy) So we will see how that works out.

Every year for the last uhhh probably 8, we have a friend Christmas party. For the last 3 years we have had it at my house, and I look forward to planning it every year. The last 2 years we have done themed parties. Last year it was ugly sweater and this year we decided on a 80's party. Some will bring their kids, some won't, some will stay the night and some dont. This year everyone brought different finger foods and we loved catching up.

Me and my hubby! I was so proud of him for coming up with this on his own.

Yes that is a NKOTB poster that I climbed in my attic to find in a box that I saved when I was younger. I knew I saved everything for a reason.

It was alot of fun and I can't wait to do it again next year. HMMMMM wonder what the theme should be.

My project

So I read way too many blogs, but Im addicted and cant stop. I love all kinds of blogs, family and friends, strangers I dont know and crafty project ones. My favorite things to read about are before and afters with furniture. I keep seeing junk turned into millions. So I got on craigslist found a piece of furniture and BAMM my hubby was driving to Keller to pick it up. (What a great guy) I paid $50.00 for a real wood dresser. This is what It looked like.

Me and hubby sanded it and used an off white paint. It took 2 coats. Half way point looked like this. I am leaving the top a dark wood color.

Next it was time to antique it. I researched this a lot because I had never done this and didnt want to totally mess it up and have to start over. So I found a glaze stain and painted over each part of the dresser and let it set for a few minutes. Then I took paper towels and wipped the stain off. The stain stayed in the cracks and gave the white a glaze look instead WHITE. After all the antiquing was done, we took the stain and gave the top 2 coats. A couple days later we finished it off with a clear coat, and this is my final project.

(Dont worry the chords are already hidden in the wall) Anyways, I LOVE IT! I am already planning on re-doing another piece of furniture for my bedroom. So when that project ever starts I will post it for you.

My friend Geri takes our pictures every year. She has an amazing talent for photography, and I really appreciate her doing this for us. I wanted to post a few of my favorite ones. (It's hard to choose, b/c there are a lot of good pictures) but I will try to narrow it down.

It's been a while!

I have been so busy with the kids, full time job, Twist of Dazzle, sports, and reading EVERYONE elses blog that I never have time or the desire to write on mine. I have been reading on others how they use their blog as a scrapbook. I never looked at it like that, (not sure why) ha but I think I will try my best to update atleast 2times a month so I can have some memories too. Faith is a very bright girl. She has made double AA honor roll every 6 weeks but 2. We are so proud how smart she is. She is very stonged willed and these 2 traits hopefully will turn her into a powerful lady someday and will take her far in life. Well School is almost out! (This is the time of year that I wish I was a school teacher). Faith will be in the 5th grade. Oh my goodness time sure does fly by. She has decided she wants to be in the orchestra next year. Im really glad, because it will give her the chance to be a part of something before she enter middle school. Even if she doesn't like and want to continue on, atleast it will be good for her. Faith enjoys playing softball and is pretty good when she wants to be! It's weird at times watching her play, b/c I remember playing growing up and my dad was the coach, and he was a great coach and disciplined. So sometimes I think man she needs my dad as her coach, or me. haha Don't get me wrong, her coaches are great, but ours were the best and taught us so much. Hopefully with time and age she will grow to love softball as much as I did. Her last game is this Tuesday coming up, and then we will be school and sport free for a few months.

Carson has been playing Blastball. Im so glad I signed him up for this, b/c he loves being outside and has so much fun playing. It's good for him. This summer I will attempt to do swim lessons again. (for me and Carson) haha If any of my friends actually read this they will get a laugh out of that. I don't want Carson to be scared of the water like I was and still am. But I am already worried thinking about do lessons again this summer. So maybe it is more for me after all. Carson is so funny! He says the funniest things and keeps me laughing all the time. Not always things that he needs to be saying, but things that suprise me when it comes out of his mouth. Here are a few things he has said to me. He has told me that I am ridiculous, that he is allergic to pork chops, a few choice of bad words, and has completely embarrassed me by asking a heavy lady if she had a baby in her tummy. I thought I was going to die. So we have talks alot now about what people look like and that not all people look the same and NOT to say your thoughts out loud. It amazes me everyday how smart this 3 year old. I'm just sadden how fast he is growing up.

As for me and Jeff we are doing just great. We are going on a vacation in August to Cancun and are so excited. We are going for the whole week, and can not wait to be there. Hopefully this year I wont fry. Here are a few recent pictures!

It's been a while!!

I always love to read other peoples blogs, but I am really bad at updating mine. So here is a run down of what has been going on. Maybe I can keep it better up to date.

We recently added a new addition to our back yard. A Swingset!!!! Carson loves it so much. He tries to sneak out the doggie door every morning to go "climb the ladder." He wants me to push him high. He will say no mom higher. So mom decided to push him just a little higher, and the next thing I heard was a thud. My poor baby fell off and hit his head. So now he is a little timid of the swing. I know he will fall a thousand more times off the swing set, but he is really bothered by it right now. Carson is going to start swim lessons for the first time. YIKES! I'm nervous, but between us It's b/c I will have to do it with him. (I hope the coach doesn't care I hold my nose) haha

Faith is still in school and she does not get out until June 3rd. So we are counting down the days. She is going to go to Camp Fire camp and stay a week at Britany's house. She is going to have so much fun. The following week she is going to go to volleyball camp and VBS. We are going to be busy busy.

As for me! I'm so excited for this weekend coming up! One of my best friends is turning the BIG 30! We are going to have a great girls weekend. Happy Birthday AMBER!!

Spring Break

Every year a group of our friends take an adult vacation. I love it! It keeps me sane, and I'm already looking forward to next year. haha This year it happened to fall on Spring Break, and we went to VEGAS baby!! We had a lot of fun, although my goal was to come home a millionaire.(which did not happen) But we still had a great time, and can't wait till the next trip. I think I laughed the majority of the trip.
